Kasey joined the Chicago office of Walker Wilcox Matousek LLP as an associate in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Kasey was a PILI intern at the Legal Assistance Foundation, and a judicial extern for the Honorable LeRoy Martin Jr., Presiding Judge at the Cook County criminal courthouse.
Kasey received her J.D. from the University of Illinois in 2018, where she was actively involved in coaching undergraduate mock trial teams, as well as competing for the College of Law trial team. She was a student attorney with the Domestic Violence and Family Advocacy clinics where she represented adults and children in juvenile court. She also served as an Articles Editor of the Illinois Law Review, where her Note on the federal rules of evidence was published.
