Gauri has represented U.S. and international insurers in complex coverage matters for more than 16 years. Her current practice focuses on directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), and other professional liability insurance involving major corporations and professional services firms that are implicated in securities, derivative or ERISA actions, regulatory and criminal proceedings, complex business disputes or other high-exposure situations.
Before joining WWM, Gauri gained extensive experience litigating coverage cases in state and federal court, including while working at one of the largest global law firms. She was also in-house counsel for a major global insurance company where she handled disputed matters.
